SHIPPING | ClearanceWigs.com offers shipping within the USA ONLY on all orders using UPS Ground or USPS Priority and UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day Air see rates in Checkout process.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING | Shipping to the following locations will accrue a Flat Rate Shipping Charge of $8.50.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING | If you would like expedited shipping on your purchase, we offer expedited shipping options via UPS within the United States. The cost of expedited shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. The cost of expedited shipping will be displayed at checkout and will vary depending on your location. MyHairMail ships orders Monday – Friday and all orders, including orders with expedited shipping are subject to a 2-5 business day processing time.
Please note that many hair care products are considered hazardous materials and cannot be shipped via air freight / expedited.
ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION | MyHairMail is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We offer Route as an added layer of protection for your order which ensures replacement for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. This optional package protection may be offered at checkout for a small fee of $3.35 per order.

SIGNATURE DELIVERY | Please note that orders over $500.00 in value may require a signature upon delivery.
DELIVERY TIMES | Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Processing times vary by manufacturer. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to ship. Select items from Ellen Wille ship from Germany. Tracking number provided approximately 4-5 days after Order is placed. Once your order ships and or arrives in U.S., you can expect to receive your item(s) within 3 to 5 business days.
Most orders ship directly from the manufacturer.
SHIPMENT TRACKING | A tracking number will be provided for all in-stock orders within 24-48 hours of shipping.
MISCELLANEOUS SHIPPING FEES | Any shipments returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after shipment has left the warehouse will acquire a 25% restocking fee.
SHIPPING DELAYS | Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, inclement weather or carrier delays. Many holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when estimating shipping times.
MyHairMail reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.
