ClearanceWigs.com Auction Service: Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the innovative Auction Service at ClearanceWigs.com. When you decide to list your premium brand wigs with us, and upon purchasing the Listing Fee, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. Shipping Fees for Initial Wig Submission

• A $12.50 shipping fee is required for each wig sent to us. This covers the cost of initial shipping, and a Return Label will be provided for your convenience.
• A $12.50 non-refundable setup fee is required for each wig you wish to list in our auction.  This listing fee will however be refunded to you upon the successful sale of your wig.
• Up to 50% Volume Discount (Ask for Details) Contact

These fees are designed to streamline the process of listing and shipping your wigs, ensuring a smooth and efficient auction experience.

2. Listing Fee

• A 20% listing fee of the total sales price is deducted upon the sale of your wig.
• This fee applies to each item sold through our auction service.

3. Store Credit

• Sellers receive store credit at MyHairMail.com, calculated as the total auction sales price minus the 20% listing fee and initial $12.50 listing fee.

4. Shipping Your Wig

• Wigs should be shipped to:

• Upon Registration, we email you a prepaid shipping label with address above.

5. Inspection and Listing Acceptance

• Wigs are inspected upon receipt. Sellers will be notified of acceptance or rejection via email.
• Rejected wigs will be returned within 7-10 days.

6. Criteria for Acceptance

• Wigs must be in original condition: unaltered, unworn (open box try-ons are fine), undamaged, odor-free, with styling products, including original tags. Original packaging is preferred.

7. Listing Duration

• Listings are valid for 6 months and will be returned only upon the seller's request.

8. Return of Unsold Items

• Unsold wigs after 6 months will be returned to the seller's address on file unless otherwise requested. Unclaimed wigs may be donated or gifted at our discretion.

9. Final Sale

• All auction sales are final, with no returns or exchanges permitted.

10. Exclusive Listing

• Wigs listed on ClearanceWigs.com's Auction Service must not be concurrently listed for sale on any other site or service.

11. Amendments

• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
